Please note that all courses have a limited number of spaces. To secure your place, you need to sign up in advance of the course start date. You can either pay in full or opt for a one week trial.

0-5km Course

8 week course with 2 sessions per week. Each session is approx. 45 mins to 1 hour, which includes pre and post run stretching time.
Note: Eastpoint Business Park course is only available to Eastpoint Business Park staff.

* In Week 1 only, the March Clontarf 0-5km session days are on Monday & Wednesday instead of Tuesday & Thursday.

** In Week 1 only, the April Clontarf 0-5km session time on Tuesday is 10.30am instead of 9.30am and 8.30pm instead of 7.30pm.

5-10km Course

6 week course with 2 sessions per week, with each session being approx. 45 mins to 1 hour 15 mins, which includes pre and post run stretching time.

* In Week 1 only, the Sandymount 5-10km session time on Tuesday is 7pm instead of 7.30pm.
* In Week 1 only, the Clontarf 5-10km session time on Tuesday is 8.15pm instead of 7.30pm.
