Or if you have been running for a while but don’t seem to be able to move beyond 5km, Coast Road Runners 5-10km running course can help you to get to the longer distance.

0-5km Course
The Coast Road Runners 0-5km course is designed for people who want to get fit and learn to run 5km.
It is suitable for adult men and women of all fitness levels, age, shapes and sizes and there is no speed requirement for running 5km.
5-10km Course
The Coast Road Runners 5-10km course is designed for people who want to increase their distance beyond 5km.
It is suitable for adult men and women of all fitness levels, age, shapes and sizes and you do not need to have done the Coast Road Runners 0-5km course to do it.
To do this course, you need to be able to run for 5km non-stop. There is no speed requirement for running 5km, you just need to be able to do it without stopping.
Training Plans
If you have done either the 0-5km or 5-10km Coast Road Runners running course and decide to embark on longer distance running, Coast Road Runners has designed Half Marathon and Marathon Training Plans which can help you to get to your new longer distance.
It uses the same methodology that underlies the running courses. The starting point is to be able to run for 1 hour non-stop.
